1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Dream Journal Everyday (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not download or use the App.
2. Service Overview
Dream Journal Everyday provides tools for users to record and analyze dreams using AI-based natural language processing. The App is designed for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
3. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store information. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of all dream entries, notes, and other content you create within the App. By using AI analysis or related features, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality and improving its performance.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Dream Journal Everyday are available through auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases, renewals, and cancellations are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in accordance with their respective terms and payment policies. We do not collect or process payment information directly.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s account settings. Fees are charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App—including its design, code, features, text, and graphics—are owned by Seventh Data Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written permission from Seventh Data Inc.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific expectations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seventh Data Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our official website and will include the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
